Transitioning from one adventure to the next

I am now starting to realize that one of the things I am struggling with so much is how to combine all of my adventures into a cohesive storyilne. I record different get togethers and builds and such as I go, but then I struggle with how to transition from one to the next.

If I can figure out this piece, i think i will have a much easier editing life. Do you guys struggle with this as well?
