This is so fake that it's funny. The frame of the bike is welded on both sides.. simply, it's impossible to put it through your cheek like that.

How it's done is really simple if you think about it. They've taken a hacksaw to the frame and cut out a bit, which his cheek has been inserted in. Then all you need is to walk steadily and don't drop the bike and no body can tell the diffrence.

Sort of like those "arrow through the head" hats.
